Use of the service

FoodNutrix provides AI-powered fitness coaching, nutrition planning, and health guidance. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Not a substitute for medical advice

The content and guidance provided by FoodNutrix is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new fitness or nutrition programme.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of FoodNutrix — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of FoodNutrix and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FoodNutrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the app. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
